House H

A house is designed for a terraced plot in a residential hillside area that enjoys magnificent views and abundant vegetation. The house, which can be accessed from below or from the rear street above, is located at the top of the plot to capture the views.

In terms of the layout, it is mainly on one level, coinciding with one of the levels of the plot, with only a study room on a second level.

The aim of the house is to completely dominate the sea. To achieve this, wet rooms and secondary uses are located at the rear, while at the front, the landscape and the sea take care of everything else.
