Living looking at the landscape

Type: Residential, Architecture

Site: Huétor Santillán. Granada

Located on an irregular hillside plot, the project’s strategy centers on positioning the house at the highest point to take full advantage of the surrounding views.

A whitewashed wall at the rear of the house leads to the entrance. Once inside, the view of the Sierra Nevada mountains on the horizon and the entire landscape, seamlessly integrated into the interior, is a surprising surprise.

The layout unfolds across three levels of varying privacy and height, with privacy increasing with each level. The floor plan is organized around two central voids, placing the service areas at the rear and the main living spaces at the front to enjoy the pool, garden, and views.

The exterior is characterized by simplicity in its lines and volumes, while the interior boasts rich and meticulous attention to detail and the spatial relationships surrounding these voids.
