Interior Design of a Gamer Setup
MLKT transforms an empty basement into a space for leisure and digital content creation, filled with energy, intensity, and design with identity. The project converts a dark, outdated venue into an inspiring and versatile environment, conceived both for enjoying gaming and for producing digital content in a unique setting.
In the interior design of the gamer setup, geometry takes center stage as the organizing principle of the space, evoking a honeycomb structure. This hexagonal pattern is applied to both the flooring and the suspended ceiling, which strategically integrates the lighting. In doing so, it conceals the existing structural pillars and generates a flexible system of sightlines for recording gameplay and content. The result is a dynamic, creative space, tailored to new forms of entertainment and digital work.
Layout
The venue is organized into different areas that promote interaction and shared experiences: an arcade zone, pool tables, a lounge area for following games in groups, and a bar counter for socializing. At the heart of the project lies a professional setup, designed to provide the best conditions for recording and sharing online content.
Materialization
The color red serves as the guiding thread of the design, creating a vibrant atmosphere with a strong and recognizable identity. The main material used is textured corrugated metal sheet, which reinforces the industrial character and the contemporary spirit of the space.
