A functional solution

This apartment building is located in a neighbourhood undergoing regeneration. It was designed with the aim of creating a city, with a more urban façade facing the street and an abstract, neutral rear elevation facing the courtyard.

The floor plan design originates from the car park. The starting point was to accommodate 30 parking spaces on this small site, some of which also had to serve the owners of the building behind, so the car park links the two buildings.

The solution adopted was a building with three floors excavated below ground level, from which a volume emerges to house the dwellings.
