This building raises between two party walls and with façades to two streets.

Our challenge was to fit the apartments to the form of the plot within the preservation of a part of an ancient building.

It was necessary to join each new flat to previous structure. We recover the “casa patio” tradition and build an interior court that adds light and space to the building.
