The intention from the outset has been, on the one hand, to highlight the qualities of this architectural complex (its visual and landscape connections), and on the other, to create a space for enjoying cuisine based on olive oil.

Modernity and elegance transform an open space into a welcoming and intimate environment. This is achieved through the careful use of materials, such as wood in the furniture, and color in images, sliding panels, fabrics, and other aspects of the brand identity.

Inside, the three dining rooms follow a thematic sequence: the olive tree (the plant), the olive (the fruit), and the oil (liquid gold).
